As a full-timer with Mediacorp's Radio Station, The Star Voice 《寻找星声音》, is the first major project I have been part of. 
I joined the team at a later part because my employment contract with the company has not started. 

I covered various roles, such as being the person in contact when the Project Master is not around, interviewing, selecting, and liaising with Online Guest Judges in terms of their participation in the various episodes, three to five, and planning the seating arrangements for the final round of competitions, picking out online lucky winners for their weekly contests and designing of posters by giving directions to the intern of the idea I have in mind and churning captions that are suitable for the posters on social media.
